- Redesigning Compensation & Benefits Structure, Including Benchmarking of Salaries
- Designing and Implementing Performance Management Systems
- Formulating and Introducing Performance/ Productivity Linked Incentive Schemes.
- Organization Development
- Spearheading the Entire Organizational Re-structuring Process
- Conducting Employee Surveys and Planning and Executing Post Survey Actions
- Conducting Focus Group/open House Meetings to Improve Organizational Effectiveness
- Enhancing Process Efficiency Through Iso, Haccp, Six Sigma and Kaizan (tpm).
